Returns & Refund Policy
At Slush Direct, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed consumables and non-perishable equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Verify that your items are unopened, within the 30-day window, and not classified as perishable syrups or powders that have been unsealed.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside to prevent processing delays.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
