Standard shipping for syrups and accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy machinery like slush dispensers, we use specialized freight carriers, which typically deliver within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food and beverage items (syrups, powders, or toppings) once the seal is broken. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
